I would like to provide feedback on Kondroski Home Improvements, who’s details I got from your Service Provider Directory.

I contacted them last year about replacing 3 windows in my house. They were 1 of 3 estimates I received and were the least expensive by a fair amount. Based upon the estimate and the comfortable feeling I had, I decided to go with them to do the windows. As the windows were custom made, there was a bit of a delay with the manufacturer, but once the job was started, it was completed as expected and there was little or no clean-up for me to do. The experience was a very positive one, and I told Tim Kondroski that at the time.

I have some other general maintenance and construction work that I need done, and have once again contacted them to give me estimates. Based upon my first experience I am confident that they will have given me the best rate I am likely to get for the kind of quality job they are likely to do. I have not yet done the work, but have the estimates so am now considering the various options, and will definitely give feedback on that experience as well.

I can definitely recommend this company.
